CODE BREAKDOWN

Creating a comprehensive specification by codes (code breakdown) For the import of goods into the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc.), electronic advance customs information (EPI) about each shipment is required. Among other information required for EPI processing is a comprehensive specification by codes («code breakdown»). For each type of good, it is necessary to specify the name, customs code (HS code), the number of spots (pallets) in the transport vehicle that this type of good occupies, net and gross weight, and cost. Making a code breakdown can be challenging due to the peculiarities of the documentation provided by the goods supplier, the nature of the goods’ packaging, and the specifics of the particular information system through which EPI is processed. But Betainvest has extensive experience, and we will definitely help you understand how to make a code breakdown so that there are no delays at customs for your cargo.

Quality preliminary calculation

Quality preliminary calculation of customs payments Customs payments need to be calculated when moving goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), for example, from Russia or Belarus to Turkey, or in the reverse direction. Calculations are made of the possible tax payments for customs, excise taxes, and value-added tax. Based on the calculation, the owner or carrier of the goods must provide a guarantee of payment of the amounts of customs duties and taxes. Inaccuracies in the calculation and payment of customs duties can hinder or disrupt the delivery of goods. The effectiveness of the calculation depends on many factors: the country of origin of the goods, the composition of the goods (down to the smallest details), the correct selection of HS codes, etc. Betainvest specialists have years of experience in calculating customs payments and working with electronic declaration systems of different countries. Entrusting us with this procedure, you can be sure that the calculations will be made correctly and accurately, the controlling institutions will receive all the necessary information on time, and the goods will be delivered without complications.
