2.1. Betainvest provides services in logistics, international trade and transportation solutions.
2.2. Specific terms and conditions of services are determined by individual contracts and commercial proposals.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The client undertakes to provide accurate data when applying for services.
3.2. The Company undertakes to provide services qualitatively and within the agreed timeframe, except for force majeure circumstances.
3.3. It is forbidden to use the site for activities that violate Turkish, EU or international laws.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Payment for services is made in the agreed currency (USD, EUR, TRY, RUB, CNY).
4.2. Betainvest reserves the right to change tariffs with prior notice to clients.
4.3. The terms of prepayment or deferred payment are stipulated in individual contracts.
5. Privacy and data protection
5.1. The Company complies with the requirements of personal data protection legislation (including GDPR and KVKK).
5.2. Personal data of customers are used exclusively for the provision of services and are not transferred to third parties without legal grounds.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. Betainvest is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third parties (customs, carriers, regulatory authorities).
6.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site and is not responsible for possible technical failures.
6.3. All materials on the site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a public offer.
7. Force majeure
The Company is exempted from liability for failure to fulfill its obligations in case of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, sanctions, strikes, transport infrastructure failures).
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the place of incorporation of the company.
8.3. The applicable law is the law of Turkey.

Betainvest reserves the right to update the Agreement. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
